CERT-rlp is the "Computer Emergency Response Team" for the german state of Rhineland-Palatinate and is located at the central IT service provider of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate. CERT-rlp's services are primarily available to the federal authorities of Rhineland-Palatinate and authorized participants connected to the Rhineland-Palatinate Government Network (rlp-Netz), e.g. municipal or local administrations.
